For instance, our barcode label sheets are 2x6, with 12 labels per sheet. If a print job requires only 5 barcode labels, 7 labels will remain blank on the sheet. In this case, for the next print job, we can configure the printer to start printing from the second column of the third row, as shown in the image below. This allows us to precisely print on the remaining blank labels, minimizing waste. |
When the print job spans multiple pages, the settings in the following image determine which pages need partial printing and which pages need full printing. In this example, pages 1-2 are partially printed starting from the second row, second column. From page 3 onward, the printer will print on all the labels across the entire page. |
